Our refund policy is very simple. The refunds will be made according to the below listed criteria:
For On-Demand Courses
Our PMP® Renewal Bundle Master Program gives you complete access to all the courses along with unique claim codes to add PDUs to your account as soon as your user account is activated. So we have to maintain a strict refund policy in order to avoid any misuse.
A participant is entitled for refund as per the following:
If Refund Request is made via Email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of purchase then the participant is entitled for a Refund after deducting non-refundable registration fee of $10.
If Refund request is made after 3 days of purchase, No Refund will be issued.
For Classroom or Instructor-led Training
A participant who cancels 5 days before the classroom / instructor-led training begins receives all amount returned with the exception of the non-refundable registration fee $99. Thereafter, a student will be liable for:
- The non-refundable registration fee of $99 plus
- The cost of any study material
